1: Enter your details
When you start the app, you’ll be prompted to enter your profile information, including your height, weight and gender. Make sure it’s accurate, as it will determine your BMI.

2: Set a target weight
Enter your target weight by tapping the Set Target Weight button and moving the wheels. Now hit the Set Target Date button next to it and pick a date that you want to achieve this weight by.

3: Track your progress
Hit the menu button in the top left and go to Body Weight, then tap the Weight tab. Now you can enter your weight daily. After two days, a chart will appear so you can track your progress.

3: Start your workout

3: Store for offline use
Your iPad might not be online when you take it on a bike ride, so hit Store Maps For Offline in the Menu and navigate to the area you’ll be visiting. Hit Store Area You Can See.
