Excellent Stock Market Websites Apps

Buying and selling shares used to be a complicated affair before the advent of the internet. Now it’s become very easy to track your portfolio’s progress using websites. It wasn’t long until mobile devices started getting in on the action – they’re great due to the fact they are always on you unlike a laptop, and with iOS5 the Yahoo! Stock widget is enabled by default in the notification bar.

Firstly we will look at the excellent MarketDash app, which is also produced by Yahoo!, and allows you to track and monitor the state of stock exchanges around the world all from within one app. Next up is AllMyShares, which is designed to make it easy to see the state of your current portfolio, and to see how much money you have made or lost across the whole portfolio. This app also allows you to view other companies’ shares and monitor their progress over time, helping you decide whether to invest in them or not. Finally we’ll look at Stock Market HD, which has been updated to support the latest retina display iPads, so it looks fantastic.
