The new iPad is one
of the most elegantly
designed tablets on the market today.
But there are times when
the onscreen keyboard is simply
too constraining, especially
for those who have years of experience
touch-typing. And interacting with special characters
on the onscreen keyboard can be downright irritating at times.
While standalone Bluetooth keyboards work just fine with the
iPad, they are yet another item to load into your gadget bag.
There are a number of exceptional keyboard-case combinations
available, but one that stands out to me is the ClamCase, an
all-in-one keyboard case and stand that attractively encases your
iPad while providing a full QWERTY keyboard, complete with
arrow keys and special function buttons. The keyboard feels
natural, even though it’s been slightly reduced to fit the dimensions
of the iPad, and the key action is as good as most laptop
keyboards.
Another advantage ClamCase has over other keyboard
cases is its 360-degree hinge that allows the iPad to be
angled just like a typical laptop screen. If you're looking for a
keyboard-case combo that gives your iPad the appearance of a
MacBook laptop, the ClamCase should be at the top of your list.
